Parents & Carers

This service is staffed by specialist children’s nurses, a children’s pharmacist and emotional wellbeing professionals.

It is for children with the following conditions; ASTHMA, EPILEPSY, CONSTIPATION and ECZEMA. The team will look after the child’s physical, medicine management and emotional or behavioural issues.
